- Operatory preparation for extensive treatment plans
- Taking and processing x-rays
- Assisting dentist during procedures
- Advising patients and parents on treatment, pre- and post-op instructions, OHI
- Updating and maintaining dental records
- Processing lab work
- Comfortability with behavior management techniques which includes but is not limited to IV sedation, oral conscious sedation, protective stabilization, etc.
- Minimum 24 months chair side experience
- EDDA certification (recommended, but not required)
- Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix), digital x-rays and intraoral camera use
- Proficiency with scheduling a treatment planning
- Dependability and timeliness
